The Voice of Q

I haven't posted in a while so I decided to take a break from my Jonas Brothers video searching in order to dig up something post worthy.

While searching for one of the best disco-era songs of all time, This Is the Voice of Q by Q, I found that there was no music video on YouTube, making me think I'll never know who Q was. But what I did find was some video a person made by filming some walruses/seals on their TV. This is either genius or the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I also feel like it would help to be severely intoxicated.
