obama fist pound/pump/closed fist high five/dap

Here is a video breaking down the Michelle and Barack Obama fist pound. I agree with the dude in the video who just says in the hood it's called a "pound." Nuff said. Is this really a big deal? I mean, it's 2008. I guess if JFK and Jackie had had a fist pound moment in 1962 I would be more shocked. I fist pound regularly, especially with students. Also, is a "closed fist high five" really going to happen right now? I googled "Obama fist pound" just to see what I could get and things like "Will Obama fist pound with whites?" and "Instead of a kiss, a fist pound" came up. I'm too tired for this crap. Anyway, I wish I had reporter Mara Schlavocampo's (I had to check that five times to make sure I spelled it right) job because she just did a report on a fist pound.
