valid point. a lot of my affection for her is wrapped up in that much older, maternal, "i drive a pickup truck around this small town in west virginia" kind of spacek who isn't above doing this even though she worked with robert altman.

i love me some sissy. i like that she reached a certain point where she seemed to not age. same hair for like 30+ years. also her daughter starred in babysitters club THE MOVIE!!11!!
plus! this is the next town over from where i grew up where we went to the grocery store and my dad goes to a bluegrass show at the senior citizens center once a month and usually leaves me super-long voicemails of mr. donahue, the insurance man, singing "corrina, corriana"
sissy was voted 'most athletic' ha! i bet her graduating class was enormous. yes i really need to see any number of her films she did within the last twenty years asap. any of you have VHS or DVD?
